The Victor Pest Chasers are for indoor use and help keep rodents (squirrels, rats and mice) from moving into attics, basements and garages as well as living spaces and are ideal for seasonally occupied homes. They will not evict squirrels that have already moved indoors. 

• Each unit provides coverage for a single space or room of about 400 sq. ft. and works best when there are few obstacles in its way (like furniture or boxes and supplies).
